Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
To cancel an order, please contact us with your order number through our customer support or email.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging together with your order number.
Non-Refundable Items
Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items purchased during sale or clearance offers (unless damaged or defective)
Minor color or design variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
Refund Process
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers may be required to ship the product back to us in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
