At Poshinool, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us with your order number through our customer support or email.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

    • You received a damaged or defective product

    • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)

  • In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging together with your order number.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance offers (unless damaged or defective)

  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution

Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.

Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, customers may be required to ship the product back to us in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
