Shipping, Returns, & Cancellation Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to bring the elegance of Kashmir to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  • International Shipping: We ship globally. Delivery times vary by country (typically 12–20 business days). Any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

2. Cancellation Policy
  • Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been shipped.

  • Process: Email us at poshinoolkashmir@gmail.com with your Order ID.

  • Post-Shipping: Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our Return Policy.

3. Returns & Exchanges
  • Timeline: We accept return/exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Handcrafted Variations: Please note that since our products (shawls, stoles, etc.) are often handcrafted, minor variations in weave or embroidery are marks of authenticity and not considered defects.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Refunds
  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
